Terms of Use
Last updated: October 21, 2026
These terms govern your use of Vault Card at vaultcard.cc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What Vault Card is
Vault Card is a platform for buying virtual Visa and Mastercard cards. Cards are issued and processed by a third-party card provider and the card networks; we resell and manage them through your account. Availability of specific card types (BINs) depends on the provider and may change without notice.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country) and provide accurate information. Registration requires a valid referral code. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep your password — and your 2FA backup codes, if enabled — secret, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
3. Wallet and top-ups
Your wallet is a prepaid balance that can only be spent inside Vault Card. It is not a bank account, does not earn interest, and is not electronic money. Top-ups are made only in USDT on the TRC20 network, from $10, to the address and with the exact amount shown on the top-up page; a deposit is credited after on-chain verification. Blockchain transfers are irreversible: sending the wrong token, network, or address may make funds unrecoverable, and sending a different amount than instructed may delay crediting.
4. Prices and fees
The full price of every purchase — card issuance fee, the amount loaded, and the recharge fee — is shown before you confirm. Fees for a card that has been issued, or a recharge that has been applied, are non-refundable, except when we fail to deliver what you paid for.
5. Cards and acceptable use
Virtual cards may be used for lawful online purchases only. You must not use the service or any card for:
- Illegal goods or services, fraud, scams, or money laundering
- Circumventing sanctions or the laws of your country
- Any activity that violates the rules of the card networks or our issuing provider
6. Declines and merchant restrictions
Some merchants and platforms restrict virtual or prepaid cards, and transactions can be declined by the merchant, the issuer, or network risk controls. Such declines are outside our control and do not entitle you to a refund of fees for a card that was delivered. If a card stops working, contact support — in many cases a different BIN will work.
7. Withdrawals
You may withdraw your wallet balance in USDT to the payout address locked in your profile, from $10 (minimums and fees are shown in the app and may change). For security, withdrawals are reviewed manually before payment; the transaction hash of the completed payment is shown in your wallet history as proof. A transfer sent to the address you provided cannot be reversed, so make sure it is correct before requesting a withdrawal.
8. Referral program
Referrers earn commission on the card purchases and recharges of users they referred, at the rates shown in the app; commission is calculated on the amount loaded onto cards, so topping up a wallet by itself earns nothing. Commission on each order is capped at the margin earned on the BIN of that card, so the effective rate may be lower on low-margin BINs. Referrers also earn a per-card issuance bonus for each card a referred user issues, at the tiered amount shown in the app. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and other attempts to game the program will result in forfeited earnings and may lead to account termination. Commission rates, tiers, and the welcome bonus may change; changes apply going forward, not retroactively.
9. Team accounts
An account owner may create member logins under a team. Members buy and recharge cards using the team wallet, within any monthly limit the owner sets. The owner is responsible for the activity of their members and for all charges they incur.
10. Suspension, liability, and changes
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the law, or that pose a fraud or security risk. The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform, our provider, or the card networks. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
